US DOC clears Russia of ferrosilicon dumping; gives Venezuela 27.27% margin 

The US Department of Commerce made preliminary determinations that Venezuela is guilty of dumping ferrosilicon imports into the domestic market, but cleared Russia, the agency's International Trade Administration said on March 5.

Felman rate request decision "closer': PSC 

NEW YORK - The Public Service Commission (PSC) of West Virginia is "closer" to a decision on Felman Production LLC's request for a special electricity rate, although the agency said it is "still a work in progress."

W.V. ruling on Felman power rate could come soon 

West Virginia regulators are getting closer to a decision on a special electricity rate that could determine if and when Felman Production restarts its 105,000 mt/year silicomanganese plant in New Haven, a spokeswoman for the state Public Service Commission said February 26.

PSC decision on Felman ‘closer’ but not this month 

NEW HAVEN — A decision on Felman Production’s proposal filed with the Public Service Commission of West Virginia won’t likely come before the end of the month, according to PSC spokesperson Susan Small.
